- How do I check-in for the shuttle?  

 - Please arrive at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to shuttle departure. You will need to provide proof of purchase (confirmation email or ticket ID) or a valid form of Photo ID.

- When Does Check-In open? When and where do shuttles depart from?

- Check-In Opens 90 minutes prior to shuttle departure time.

- Monaco Hotel: Departs 45 minutes prior to event doors time.

- Origin Hotel: Departs 15 minutes prior to event doors time.

( Please note "event doors time" is referring to the time the venue doors open, NOT the actual show start time)

- You must pickup your wristbands up during the check-in window (our staff will only be there for that window)

- If you miss check-in and don't make it you will need to make sure you know where to go after the show.

- Where does the shuttle drop off at the venue? Do shuttles depart from the same place they drop off?

-The shuttle will drop you off in the upper north parking lot at Red Rocks in the far end of the parking lot away from the amphitheatre, this is the same location you will go back to for your ride at the end of the night.

- When do shuttles leave after the show? Will I have time to get back to the bus?

- Shuttles Depart promptly 30 minutes after the show is over so make sure you head straight back to the buses. There is plenty of time to make it back to the buses in Upper North Lot which is the closest lot to the north entrances.

- Are shuttle passes for round trip rides? Can I ride the shuttle just one way?

- All Shuttle passes are for ROUND TRIP Shuttle Rides​. YES, you can ride the shuttle just one way.

     -If you are riding the shuttle one way, please make sure to see the map below and head to the upper north lot after the show. Check-in with our shuttle staff so you know which bus to get on.  ​

When do shuttles leave? Can I leave early If I want?

- Shuttles Depart promptly 30 minutes after the show is over so make sure you head straight back to the buses. The buses will not leave early unless they are full.

Q: Are there bathrooms on the bus?
A: Yes, our transportation partners typically have a bathroom on the bus, but it is not guaranteed.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks on the bus?
A: Yes, but NO GLASS please. Grab some food and drinks to go from the shuttle stop restaurants!

Q: I’m running late, will the bus wait for me?
A: No, our shuttle leaves promptly at our listed departure times.  There are many people who ride the shuttle and we must accommodate the majority of our guests as best as possible and not uphold departure due to someone arriving late.  We please ask you to arrive on time and be checked in no later than 15 minutes prior to departure.​

Q: What happens if I miss the shuttle either way?

- If you miss the shuttle on the way to the venue you can still ride the return shuttle just one way no problem. (Folks do that alot because it is still a great value) Just make sure you know to go to the UPPER NORTH LOT and see the RME Shuttle Staff to check-in (They will have your name on the list if you purchased tickets) and they will tell you what bus to get on.
